MLOTS has the infrastructure to support medium-throughput efficacy and toxicity profiling studies using microphysiologic cell-based models including spheroids, organoids, and Mimetas OrganoPlate®-based tissue chips with both biochemical and image-based endpoints.
MLOTS also provides medium-throughput microelectrode array-based cardiac and CNS toxicity testing and Mimetas OrganoPlate® based liver toxicity testing.
